Judo Ireland sent an invite to Sligo Aikido Head Instructor Eamon Coyne Sensei to demonstrate the art of Aikido
at the Judo Ireland 41st Galway Open on Saturday 5th of March 2016. The clip below contains footage of the demo ;-)

 


In the clip below is a demonstration by Sligo Aikido Dojo at this years St.Patricks Day Parade, for which the club won first prize in the sports section. It will give you an idea of some of what is practiced at the dojo. Hope you enjoy!!!

Sligo Aikido Dojo will be running a 10 week self defence program starting on Monday 8th of February at 8.30pm.
The cost of the course is €10 per class or €75 in advance for the full course.

Adults:

Mondays: 8.30pm - 10.00pm.
Thursdays:8.30pm - 10.00pm.
Saturdays: 10.30am - 12.00pm
Sundays: 10.30am to 12.00pm (Aikiken Aikijo outdoors)

Kids:
Thursdays:
6.30pm - 7.30pm. (5 years to 9 years).
7.30pm - 8.30pm. (10 years to 14 years).
